As Principal Consultant for Horden Technologies, I supports the Public Safety and wireless communications markets with technical and procurement assistance. Previously, in my position of Chief Consultant for a nationwide consulting firm, I led efforts in the design and analysis of systems from statewide networks, to local deployments for the public safety, education, healthcare, utility and transportation markets. My other experience includes work in technology strategy development and product management for Motorola. I am a member of the Association of Public Safety Communication Officials (APCO) serving on their Commercial Advisory Council, a board member of the Project 25 Technology Interest Group (PTIG), a Board Member of the Next Generation 9-1-1 Institute, and a member of the Editorial Advisory Board for Mission Critical Communications Magazine. I hold a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware, and an MBA from the University of California.
